You're almost to goal too!!
When did you switch plans and go down a color? Were you exercising alot at that point?

dolphn545 04-29-2006 07:10 PM

Kristi - work?? what's that? Seriously though. I don't exercise. I'm a full time student. I'm in class Monday through Friday 8:30 til 2:30.
That's what they put me on, and I didn't question it.

dolphn545 04-29-2006 07:11 PM

Who am I to question. Just hand over my DH paycheck to them... LOL

Boo'sMom 04-29-2006 07:21 PM

It's weird how different each COD must be. We are both on Lites and DH started at 232 and ended at 195 on Purple, and I started at 188 and plan to end at 150 on Gold.

stacyj 04-29-2006 07:49 PM

I weighed in today and stayed the same 151.8 I am TOM so I guess that is good...
I bought the TO juice (I know I am a sucker!) I seem to lose better using it thatn the oranges. I bought if it is worth the $25.00 though. Last TO I lost 3 and then another pound next weigh in. I guess we'll see...
GOod luck to you all!

Boo'sMom 04-29-2006 07:57 PM

Stacyj--you are not a sucker--whatever works for you! That's ALL that matters. I prepaid the lites and don't regret it for a minute. Plus, buying in bulk they aren't much more per bar than some others--so what. I was too chicken to WI today b/c of pre-TOM so you are doing better than me.

stacyj 04-29-2006 09:41 PM

Boo--
Thanks for the response!!!
I also prepaid for the lites and I look forward to those things every day! I know the COD is expensive, and I got on during a 1/2 special, but you know, I figure if I have invested this much money I need to listen to them and give it a real chance. (Not that I haven't swayed and cheated mind you)
I have 4 weeks paid up and then I have to either buy more weeks or I don't know what they will do (?) I figure if I do my best and lose 2 pounds a week and am down 8 pounds in 4 weeks, then I may invest the money for a couple more weeks. If I stay the same, and am really following plan....I don't know. I didn't realize that I had to lose the weight in a certain time frame. I thought I prepaid for a year. Oh well,
POP tomorrow (me too) and TO it is!:^:

i heard that this is the break down, i went on calorie counter online and figured that gold is definately 1500...

gold~1500
purple~1750
red~2000

Dairy Fairy 04-30-2006 01:04 PM

For me gold usually ends up being around 1350...I generally do lighter proteins and I'm sure that's where it comes in. You can do 1 boca burger (90 cal) as a whole protein. The protein is my least favorite thing (ok, it's maybe better than veggies)

aggie2006 04-30-2006 02:13 PM

u have to take into consideration comdiments as well

Dairy Fairy 04-30-2006 03:20 PM

I dunno that's just what I observed from my days of calorie counting while doing lawl. I was really worried about getting less than 1100 calories, so I counted to make sure at first, so I was counting everything that passed my lips until I felt safe that I was getting enough not to stall out.

Here's how I figure it added up
Fat=50 cal
2 protein= 200 (for something light like 2 bocas) up to 400 (for 4 TBSP pb)
3 veg= 100
3 fruit=150
2 starch= 100-160
2 Lites= 360
Dairy= 100
condiments and sugar free candy= up to 100

slimkim 04-30-2006 05:53 PM

hey all.. I am down 3 lbs so far.. during this challenge.. it ends when again??? I am going for 9 this challenge since I think it is just til may 15th??? so I have 2 more weeks yet... well I am excited.. excepting this will be the third time I am losing the same darn 20 lbs!!! LOL woo hoo... see you all, losers!

merem 04-30-2006 08:47 PM

Re calories in gold plan--I figure I get between 1250-1380 calories per day.

Is everyone ready for Take off for Monday and Tuesday? I am so ready. I have my Knudsen's morning blend, my allowed vegetables and protein ready. I'm ready to lose some weight and quit hovering around 180 at weigh in. I think I'll be under the 180 tomorrow especially if I weigh in early before I put anything in my mouth. I just weighed myself fully dressed with shoes on and it said I weighed 180.5. And that's after eating all of my allowed food, 44 oz water (so far--I will drink the rest of it while watching t.v. with dh tonight), and 32 oz of other liquids. So I feel really good about WI tomorrow. I skipped WI on Friday cause I had a binge day on Thursday so I have to fess up tomorrow. I'm also drinking a cup of dieter's tea which should help "move things along" and maybe get rid of some weight. I feel a little scale obsessed right now. I just don't want to waste time staying the same weight when I could be losing weight. But I have to stay OP to see the results I want. I have to give myself a lot of pep talks. Do you all do the same?

Gamababa3 04-30-2006 11:17 PM

Sherry you and I are about the same weight and yet you are on blue and I'm on purple & started on Red. Although I started out weighing more then you do I'm surprised they didn't start you on purple. You get a 1/2 P & 1 S more then me & I get one extra V, which I'll lose when I get to around 175. Maybe you are getting to much food.

aggie2006 05-01-2006 06:16 AM

sherry~ i started close to your weight, i did the purple, i did the red, nothing was working for me...i was far from the weight nec. for yellow, but i knew that the reason i was overweight was because i was eating too much, and now i felt stuffed on these plans so i insisted i start gold, and the weight started to come off...tell them you want to try gold for a week, its not a lot of food but you will drop quickly on it, its hard to stick with at first but definately worth it!
