I was on Red plus (or red 1) with lites when I started at 305 lbs. So if he's 260 (and a guy) it wouldn't seem that he would go higher than red 1 in my way of thinking through it.
i dont thin he needs to be on red 2 either i just want to know how it differs. I am thinking if I can be lucky enough to meet with my favorite counselor today I might tell her the situtation and ask her for a red 1 book. I dont know if she will give it up though without him signing up for the plan.
Quick question...DH is in the Navy and told me when he gets back home (in July !) he wants to start LAWL, he weighs 205 right now and wants to get down to about 165-170 (he's only 5'9"). What plan do you think I should start him on? Thanks

My brother is 5'11'' and he's weight was 275 and he started the program by himself and now he is 220. He did the red plan and it works really good on him.I believe the red 2 is too much food for your boyfriend.
i might have him do red. Thats what I am doing and I love it. Down about 2 lbs this week!! I'm so excited. Just hoping to keep it off now while on vacation. Hope you all have a wonderful week. I will miss checking in with you ladies. Cant wait to come back friday and see what I missed!!!
Yeah, he left at the end of Feb and I had lost about 10lbs. I am hoping to get the rest off before he gets home. Losing has been very slow for me, I am averaging about 1.4lbs a week but I think that is because I am working out. My inches are getting smaller (down 13 so far) but the scale is moving v-e-r-y SLOWLY.
