Well, WI last night wasn't as bad as I had anticipated.
I was the same as I was on Friday. Go figure...
That's Something anyway, at least I didn't go up. This morning MY scale says I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday. Which would put me past that silly 20 pound mark. I'm beginning to think its all in my head.
I am going to see if getting back on the treadmill will help.
