I agree with Aphil! Splitting dairies or proteins don't make a difference. I don't drink milk or eat yogurt. The only dairy I get is cheese. I have eat cheese all throughout the day and night. An ounce here, a 1/2 ounce there, etc. When I went from 2 1/2 protiens to 2 protiens, they even told me to split up one of my protiens to get some protien in at all three major meals.

Sounds like they don't want to add it all up to me...

It makes no stinking difference if I eat a cup of strawberries right now, or if I eat half now and half two hours from now. They just want something to "pick" about.
AMEN! Sounds like gospel to me!

I agree with Aphil on this one too...

We must use our common sense when we actually listen to their advice.

Please, does that make any sense? You know some of the people they hire are only trying to sell, and they don't think about what they are saying!

I recently started back 3 weeks ago, but at my first meeting the counselor advised me to split up my dairies with cheese in an omelet in the morning and later in the day a yogurt or 4 oz. cup of milk. I would think it is fine, and tend to agree with the "picking apart your diary" theories. Good Luck!
