What is TO? Is that the same thing as the Fast Forward juice drink that you do for 2 days and not each much carbs? Just curious!

Christie - yes the TO = Take Off which is the same thing as Fast Foward - they are the same 2 day plan.....

Well ladies - I was down 2 today - so I have 1.5 to go before next weds - I'm so excited!! I didn't expect that today at all! I was thinking maybe 1 lb!!!
