You're the person who bought your plan off ebay, right? Im sorry, they didnt give you an accurate count. On the real gold plan, 2oz rf cheese=1 Dairy.

everyone has to try putting their pita on the george forman grill, mary introduced it to us and I can't eat them the regular way anymore. It makes it a crisp sandwich...sooo good.

1 dairy is equal to 2 oz of cheese on all plans, I think the only thing that changes with servings for plans is the protein size. (and because of that the CC change too)

I just wanted to say that I tried the Egg pita with the morningstar sausage patties - OMG - it was sooo good. Of course, I messed b/c I didn't realize that the sausage patties count as a protein too - oh well - it was soooo good though - lesson learned for next time

There is just an endless number of things we can do with these pita pockets but I had a chicken club pizza pita this weekend and it was great. I made my pizza sauce per Katies suggestion and then i added mushrooms, onions, chicken (cut into bite size chunks), cheese and a few bacon bits and cooked them on my george forman yummmmyyyyy.
