Default This is my plan how am i doing?

Im just trying to better my eating habit's and lose weight this is what i've done so far today i just need someone that's done dieting and had sucess to tell me if im doing okay and give me some advice?! thanks for all the input! - kim

I think it looks pretty good. Definately a good calorie intake and great exercise getting done. I'd think about cutting out the chocolate though, and finding something to replace it. Fresh dates are wonderfully sweet and fat free.
