I want to have a good WI tomorrow, Ive been strict with the program but the night before, I like to be extra "good".
Some people say that certain proteins are "heavier", some have opinions on when to space out the starches during the day, what fruits are better for you vs ones with too much sugar, etc...so I am trying to plan tonights dinner and want to know your opinions! I think I am going to try and keep my fruits and starches to the earlier part of the day, obviously eat by 7 or so (even though I am up till about 12 every night) and of course my water (please, I have already had at least 48oz, LOL!)
Anyone have a favorite pre-WI dinner that has good results for you? Please share
