Chris-it is two of everything, but just look at it like this it's only one less veggie and one less fruit.
I'm on the gold plan also and have thought about going to the green since I only have 8 pounds left until goal, but instead I'm just going to stay on the gold and if I only happen to have 2 fruits or 2 veggies one day I don't beat myself up over it.
