I did a 30 minute power walk on the treadmill last night. Hoping to do the same tonight *maye will do 40 min* And then hoping to go on a LONG walk outside tomorrow if the weather is nice enough with the dbf. I will be lurking for a little bit but slowly will come back!! :)

Hey Megan, We miss you around here, girlie!

I have the striptease dvd too, I think it is too easy, Good if you have already done some cardio and want to add some fun, but I would not do it as my only exercise.

You know what I do now? I TIVO what I would normally watch at night (Gray's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Scrubs, etc.) and then I run to it in the morning. I have found that I CANNOT exercise unless my mind is occupied, and my good t.v. at night is the only thing that does it for me! I'm too tired to exercise at night, so I do it in the morning. And I get so busy watching my favorite shows, that before I know it, it's been an hour!

My DH was the one that told me that they took the baby away from her,(I was putting the kids to sleep in that part), but I thought that the guy sign the paper giving the baby to them, also I missed when the son of the lady(the one that the mother is hiding b/c he hurt a girl) break in the room of the other girl and the mother (Marcia Cross) point the gun to him and bring him back to the mother house, I miss what happen too, darn it!

Michelle:

Aggie, thanks so much! I've seen that one on Amazon, but I didn't know anything about it. I'm sending for it tonight! :-))

Rad, I had read good reviews of the Zumba workout on Amazon. They didn't have any available though. Thank you for the lead to their website! (And the tip about E-bay, too!) I'll check that out now. :-))

WOW! This forum is great! So much good information is available here. You guys are WONDERFUL!!!
