Hi again,
Kris: Congrats on your 3.5 pound loss on the 2 day take-off. That's wonderful!! You deserve to be happy about that!!! I don't think it will come back. Last weekend I had basically the same results when I went on the 2 day take-off (modified by replacing the Take Off juice with 1/8 cantaloupe at each time that required the juice - as I mentioned before - when I started the program in July I gained 3 pounds with the juice - I didn't realize that it had grapefruit juice in it, and I can't have that - so when I do take-off I will use the canteloupe instead. The weight I lost over the weekend did not come back, and so far I have seen a dip on the scale every day since. I bet that will happen with you as well - so think positive and keep up the good work!!!

RustyWallaceFan: Happy belated birthday to you as well!!!! Isn't it a small world!!! I'm glad you didn't think it was my weight!!!! Congrats on your loss as well - that's wonderful!!!! Keep it up!!! And also, thanks for that info on the sauces and Carb Enders. I have not been given a Carb Craver's Plan yet - I want to lose some more weight before I try that - that's really interesting info on the Carb Enders!!! I will have to ask about that as well. But it does sound expensive - and I am on a limited budget, so I agree that the price is high - but if my center does offer it I will watch for a sale. Maybe by the time I feel I am ready for Carb Craver's I'll try it out if it's available and I can get a sale. As you can see, from my post I have made the decision to stick with the program. My trial period is over on August 19th. They will deduct the money I spent on the trial program from the cost of the complete program. This is in my budget. I now have to decide what I want to do about the bars and supplements. They will give me 25% off on whatever I purchase when I sign the complete contract - the manager was really nice and told me that I could still take advantage of the discount even though I don't plan on buying the bars upfront for the entire program - I just can't afford to do that. So, I have to sit down with paper and pencil and decide what would be reasonable for me to buy upfront next week - some combination of supplements and bars - I just have to figure out how much of each. In the future I think I will do a 10 bulk when there is a sale - and watch for sales on supplements as well. For me I know that I have to stay within what I actually have the cash for now - otherwise I will stress if the whole plan is on a credit card, and that will just cause me to eat and defeat the whole program - I am so glad that the manager at my center understands!!! I know I'll check in again later. Have a great afternoon everyone!!

Beachlover,
Thanks for all your info and continued congtrats on your weight losses. Your post came up as I was posting as well. You are right about Mrs. Dash. It is very good on chicken and fish - also no sodium - I use it as well just in my general cooking. My grandmother was diabetic, and also had to watch her salt, so everyone in my family has been cooking with it for years since this was something her doctor recommended. Great suggestion to people who don't know about it! Thanks also for keeping us posted on the new improved WW info - I'd be interested in seeing that as I was on the Winning Points plan six years ago, and know that about a year ago they changed to Flex Points (from what I understand it's basically the same thing except instead of banking points, you have a specific target number of points rather than a range, and then you have 35 flex points that you can use throughout the week as you choose or for "emergencies"). I'm guessing it probably makes the banking issue easier since I think they changed their journals as well so you could just cross off your flex points. There are also Activity Points I'm told, which is something different - if you excercise you can exchange them for more points. Sure - start a new thread - am so new to this and have bookmarked this thread - I am hoping that I can just hit "next thread" at the bottom of the page and that will work - otherwise I'm gonna get lost!!!!

Hi Everyone,
Sounds like you all are having good results, which is really nice since there is no "simple" plan....
Let's see someone ask what we eat? I build my daily intake around two lite bars aday and ofcourse they have to be chocolate crunch or double chocolate. I eat alot of chicken and salad with chicken on top, fat free dressings. Out of the free foods, I love the fat free jello at night. During the day at work if I get hungry I eat my dairy which is fat free plain yogurt with Spenda mixed in. Geez, from the sounds of this list, it seems like I would be at goal already......NOT.
Rusty and I have this problem, we both go to the lake every weekend. For some reason we haven't figured out how to stay totally on plan around all that sun, water, cookouts, friends, etc. We were saying if LA had a "Lake Lovers Plan" we would be set.
I was down .4 pounds today, I'm still doing damage control from last weekend at the lake, hopefully I will be down by Friday or Sat morning........
Thanks, this is a good thread......
