Just looking for a heads up without asking the counselors. Do the number of daily proteins, carbs, veggies, dairy or fat change?How many pounds does a member have to lose until they move beyond the purple plan? Thanks for the info.

Hi Choufleur!
I can only tell you by experience what they did with me...I started on the Purple plan, then after I lost about 12 lbs, they switched me to the Gold plan. The Gold Plan is EXACTLY the same, except instead of 4 veggies you get 3 veggies a day. Otherwise nothing changes. Hope that helps.
