ok... so i am new to this site but saw alot of helpful information on here. i have done LAWL 2 times before and was able to get to my goal both times. i believe i was on the red plan before. i have seen the layouts on here but don't remember the amounts... i know that 1/2 cup cooked of veggies is correct but i don't remember the oz for the meat. i have been trying to really lose the weight for about 3 weeks now and im getting really discouraged. i have only lost about 5 lbs so i thought that i would go back to LAWL. I am 5'9 and 191.2. Is the red plan right for me, and can i use the 48hr hollywood diet drink instead of the takeoff juice? it seems to be about the same stuff. any help would be great! thanks so much!

Hi there - I'm new too - if you go to "Sticky: Newbies To The Lawl Area", one of the posts tells you which plan you should be on depending on the amount of weight that you need to lose. Good luck!
