I wanted to exercise before I posted as not to be a hypocrite. I actually did 55 minutes straight through with my cardiosculpt firm tape. I am starting to feel stronger and leaner. Haven't weighed myself yet. I will weigh on my 7. I decided against starting over so I will be ahead or everyone.
Carrie you are added to the challenge.
on a side note, I went to the casino buffet yesterday and ate nothing but vegetables!!!!n omg I have become a smasher!
keep it up ladies and don't forget to exercise. I am trying jump rope this week. There are some cool tutorials on youtube if anyone wants to try it out.
