Default Too much exercise?

YOAD recommends 30 minutes of walking a day. I run on the treadmill, do the elliptical, stairmaster, or bike, at the gym 5 days a week. I burn 500 calories each time. Is this too much? Does YOAD provide enough calories a day that will prevent me from going in starvation mode? I want results! But I don't want to over-do it. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I do Turbo Jam daily. I either do Cardio Party or Turbo Jam with Ab Jam. For a one hour session can burn anywhere from 750 to 1000 calories. It depends on how much you put into it. If you aren't tired from exercising then all means, do it. Just make sure that you are eating enough calories in a day to keep up your energy. Your body will let you know when you are exercising too much.
