I just went out and bought the book! Im going to read it tonight and I guess I will start tomorrow. Does anyone know if its safe for a 17 year old? Shes about 340lbs and I was wondering if anyone knew if it was safe for her!

I would think that this diet is safe for everyone because it does not restrict certain foods like other diets. We are eating healthy fruits and veggies and then adding back all of the foods we enjoy...but at a moderate pace. However I would definitely check with a doctor...just in case.

I agree with scaleski...this is the way we are supposed to eat. Healthy foods such as fruit and veggies. The processed foods are what we need to be wary of. The fat smash helps u to recognize that and the Detox phase is training our bodies to stop its dependancy on the unhealthy foods that we eat.
