as long as they are the veggie burgers without cheese or anything like that in there, then they counted as veggies. Eric thinks he read that it was in place of the low-fat cheese. He puts fresh salsa on his. I just can't deal with the texture. I can try to find a definitive source on this if you'd like. I know there are 2 versions of the book too.
day 1 is nearly over. yogurt with blueberries on top, tea, 1/2 c malt-o-meal, rice cake, cherries, 10 nuts, cup of milk... and lots of water. I remembered the lack of water gave me these killer headaches.
