I feel I am in the same boat, so I totally commisserate! I stupidly got on the scale today and was up 2.5 lbs. I wanted to give up. Luckily for me though, I exercise with a buddy, and she wouldn't let me give up! I did the Shred today with weights (they were packed somewhere still from the move but finally found) and I feel much better today. It's funny how after working out you WANT to make better food choices. For me I HATE to exercise, so I want the amount that I do to count. I also have beenasked if I am pregnant. UGH! I cry EVERY time. It's awful! My weight is very proportionally spread throughout my body which is good, but I do have a big stomach. I know the feeling chickadee! Kristin-I was at Walmart with my husband looking at Airsoft guns and wondered off into exercise land. They carry te under desk pedals for exercising. That may help? I understand the crazy schedule, I used to be a retail manager! AmyM- way to go on the Shred!!! |

Hey Jersey,
Thanks for the support. I have not started Jillian yet. I was going to start this mornign but was running late as it was. I am hoping to get on track with that soon. For right now or the last few weeks I have been trying to add a little extra walking or something in each day make sure I get enough water in and try (really try) NOT to eat out! I am making progress, but not completly there yet. I need to do this and I can!! That's great that you have a buddy with you that won't let you quit!! :) I am doing it alone other than this blog. I am tired of talking and wishing, hoing I was thinner. I wasnt to BE thinner!! I am tired of buying bigger clothes. Well, I should start 30 day shred in themorning, I heard it best to work out earlier in the day?! anyone know whats better? |
