My approach is whole foods as well. But im really picky about what I eat. I am vegetarian but I do take in dairy for nutrient purposes. So I eat lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, and dairy. I love what I eat, Im always satisified, and Im loosing weight

I believe all the processed stuff is what kills our metabolism. White flour is just bad for the body. Whole wheat is so much more healthier. Even if you could make that one change would make a big difference.
