I was so excited after losing 6lbs my first week, but today I weighed in and lost nothing! Is this a common result??? I'm exercising every day and making sure I get at least 64oz of water.
Fear not . . . weight loss is definitely not a straight line type of thing. Just keep doing the best you can as much as you can and the rewards will follow. Just not necessarily on the schedule you'd prefer . . .
Don't let it discourage you!! Sounds like you're doing good, keep it up and you will see a change. Sometimes you lose inches but no weight, have you taken your measurments? I find it helps a lot, especially when she scale doesnt move.
