Unhappy Please help...Is this alternative bar o.k??

Hi ladies. I cannot find Luna bars anywhere in the city that I live in so I found bars that are called "Trim plan"
The nutrition facts are:
Calories: 150
Fat: 5g
Sodium: 150g
Carbs: 19g
Fibre: 1
Protien: 7g

Does anyone now if these bars are aloud on the plan or if they are all wrong.
Just needed a second opinion on these because they taste to good to be true.

The nutrition info seems pretty similar to the Lites - I am sure they would be fine to substitute. (LAWL centers - if yours is still open - would tell you differently but they also make most of their money off the bars).

they sound pretty close. I think the sodium may be higher and the fibre lower. You might want to be sure to add more fibre in your starches.

I use the Kashi Go Lean bars.
Pro-8 gm
fiber 5 gm
Cal bet 150-170
They don't taste like a protein bar and the Peanut ones actually make me feel as if I am getting away with having a treat. I get them at Sam's Club. Hope this helps you out.

I used the Kashi bars too for awhile then I started using the special K protein bars and I really like them the taste is really similar to Lites.

From reading on here and other sites, I think that any substitute bar should have 8-10 grams of protein.
