Can you please tell me what the breakdown is for the different menu plans for men? How many proteins, veggies, etc.? Specifically I am looking for Menu Plan 4; however, all plans would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

Is it the same serving size for men and women?

My DH is starting and I am wondering if his TO serving size of protein is the same as mine. I am on Menu 3 for women. He is on Menu 4 for men.

Yup, serving size is the exact same, he just has more servings.
