Default help?

so i wake up have either eggs or a protein shake before going to the gym. I spend eh maybe 45 minutes to a hour lifting with 30 minutes of cardio after. Come home have a protein shake before i walk to my college classes. Come home have some fruit around 1:30. At 5:00 - 6:30 play pick up basketball games at my gym. come home have some chicken or meat.

i haven't had any ice cream, cookies, etc since July. I drink about 8 glasses of water a day not counting what i drink at the gym. haven't had soda in over a year.

so where am i going wrong? i tried one of those fad diets and it worked till my body got use to it. Since i stopped i have been able to keep off the weight i lost on that ( i was at 315 when i started it now im 288).

it sounds to me like you're limiting your calories too much so that your body doesn't want to get rid of them.

Can you post your calorie info? It doesn't look like you are eating nearly enough calories each day.
Not eating for much of the day isn't smart either

And, where are your fruits and veggies? How about healthy fats? Your daily intake doesn't look very balanced.

I posted a response on your other thread. But yeah, you're starving yourself. You need many more calories, much more protein, more carbs, and more healthy fat.

According to the calorie calculator I looked at, you could be eating upwards of 2500 cals per day to still lose weight.

A protein shake isn't a meal.

Nor is just tri-tip.

Where are the veggies? Where are the carbs? Where is the healthy fat? Where's the fruit?

The only thing there that sounds vaguely like a "meal" is the sandwich ... depending on what you had on it.

Doesn't matter where the weight is.

You lose weight all over. And you have to eat healthily to do so. If you starve yourself, your body won't let go ... it'll try to conserve nutrition instead.

Without an accurate account of what you are eating (EXACTLY) each day, one cannot tell you where you are going wrong. You say you ate french toast on this thread...but I don't know if you ate 1/2 a piece, or 10 pieces. You have to be more detailed, please.

Are you keeping a food diary of what you eat each day???? You need to do so, to know that you are eating in the right range for your body size and exercise level. Too much will stop weight loss...and too LITTLE will also stop it, because your body thinks that it is starving, and starts holding on to the fat to keep you ALIVE.

We can't help you if you are not willing to give details or willing to be open-minded.
