Without an accurate account of what you are eating (EXACTLY) each day, one cannot tell you where you are going wrong. You say you ate french toast on this thread...but I don't know if you ate 1/2 a piece, or 10 pieces.

Are you keeping a food diary of what you eat each day???? You need to do so, to know that you are eating in the right range for your body size and exercise level. Too much will stop weight loss...and too LITTLE will also stop it, because your body thinks that it is starving, and starts holding on to the fat to keep you ALIVE.
