is that where u drink the juice or have 4 oranges a day with unlimited protein and veggies???

Fast forward is the juice with unlimited protein (certain ones) and veggies.

Take Off is much more restrictive, with 2 or 3 oz of protein and 1/2 or 1 cup of veggies for breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 lite bars. I think that is the amounts. Someone correct me if the portions are off.

They now call the fast forward take off, and then there is take off 2.
Take off 1 is unlimited(certain) proteins and green veggies (raw)
Take off 2 is 60z of protein, unlimited green veggies(can be cooked), and 2 LA lites.. also 3 condiments (ICBNB spray, salad dressing fat-free, vinegar)

I did the Take off when I started LAWL and it was pretty hard but I lost 4 pounds quickly.
I tried take off 2 but I was so hungry that I cheated. I still went down almost a pound but I should have followed the plan. Chinatown was calling my name and I couldn't say no. I cheated with my Won-ton soup but it sure was good!

Anyways, I saw some thread that mentioned to buy Knudens juice instead of buying the Take-off juice because its quite a bit cheaper and works the same. I think you have to buy it at a Health food store.
