They now call the fast forward take off, and then there is take off 2.
Take off 1 is unlimited(certain) proteins and green veggies (raw)
Take off 2 is 60z of protein, unlimited green veggies(can be cooked), and 2 LA lites.. also 3 condiments (ICBNB spray, salad dressing fat-free, vinegar)
