Unfortunately, unless I'm behind the times, I don't know of a chart anywhere that gives you an idea of where to start... It all depends on many things, not just height and weight.. Other things to take into consideration are your general health, food tolerances, goal weight, physical activity level, etc...
The gang here could give you some ideas of where you might start, but it's hard unless all that info is taken into consideration.
