Question Help getting started please.....

Hi all....new to this forum and to LAWL. Simply cannot afford to go to the local center and sign up. Would like to start on my own using Luna bars as substitutions for LAL's. Could someone please tell me where I would find a chart or graph that identifies which "color" plan to start, and what the plan contains, after I do the "Take-off".

Unfortunately, unless I'm behind the times, I don't know of a chart anywhere that gives you an idea of where to start... It all depends on many things, not just height and weight.. Other things to take into consideration are your general health, food tolerances, goal weight, physical activity level, etc...

The gang here could give you some ideas of where you might start, but it's hard unless all that info is taken into consideration.

I hope you're able to get into the program.. Many of us have great success, and this forum is a great place for support!

You posted in the right spot, but since there is not chart/graph that you can use, we would all need to know more info about you to try and help figure out what plan you probably should be on.

Thanks ladies!

Here's my info:
Height: 5'7"
Weight:181 pounds
Lose Goal: 150 pounds (31 pounds to loose)
Age: 33
Amt of Exercise: Currently none
Going to use lites or not: Will use substitutes for Lites

If someone could point me in the right direction with how many carbs/starches, proteins, fruits/veg, and dairy I should be having each day and any links to sites that provide serving details, I would so greatly appreciate it.

This weight has snuck up on me over the past 5 years...and I am finally ready to get my body back!!!
