OK - so I decided I am at least going to do this. I have a goal of 10-15 lbs for labor day. I will add a ticker for this. I am going to do a weigh in for myself on Monday morning to start for me but you guys feel free to start whenever you want!! I don't go to COD so I will weigh every sunday or monday to see how I did.
I had a rude wake-up call at the horse show over this past weekend and its time to get the big butt in gear!!!!!
Count me in. I've got just one more week before my center closes, but my friend and I are going to weigh each other at work. I'd love to lose 10 lbs. by Labor Day, at least.
I am going for 10 lbs, which is a little more than 1.5 lbs a week over this 6 wk period.

I think I can manage another 10 pounds. I lost 10.8 in the past 5 weeks. I gained a couple pounds back after a bad week, but then lost 3lbs since last Wednesday. If I stay focused, I'm sure I can do it.
Well, here we go - my challenge starts tomorrow morning. I will weigh myself and see where my starting point is. I pretty much know anyway but I want to get an accurate starting #. My goal is between 10-15 lbs so approx 12 would be nice.
Count me in for this challenge. I've been stuck at the same weight for the longest time. I believe it's time for me to get serious again. I'll post my weight tomorrow and then just update every week.
Goal – Lose 12 lbs by Labor day!!! This will require that I lose exactly 2lbs every week, which is a little more than I have been losing, but I am going to give it my best shot. I am running out of weeks and really want to get to my goal!!!

Okay, I am going to take the labor day challenge! For the next few weeks I know that my weight is going to go up and down, so my goal is to be at 135 by labor day. I would love it if I was lower, but my goal for the entire summer was to keep my weight around 135.
