So I ate a massive (for me) breakfast of 2 eggs, yogurt (1/2 amount) and oatmeal (1/2 starch), a smaller lunch and then a smaller dinner ( I was not really that hungry) I was done most of my food for the day by my weigh in at 6pm tonight and had drank all the recommended water.. I was down a lb! Here is hoping after the weekend, things will keep moving. I am sticking to the express with the odd thing out of free to live. Thanks for your help and suggestions everyone!
