I am ready! Went shopping yesterday bought steak, shrimp and oranges! Ha! First time I lost 6 lbs gained 2 back. Second time lost 4 lbs gained 2 back. So overall a loss is a loss and 2 lbs in 2 days is awesome! Espcially when I am sooo close to goal!

Even though I am not in love with TO juice (I despise orange juice and all I taste is pure orange). I started this AM.

I have been on the plan for about 2 weeks now. I find my center wasn't very informative regarding TO now that I am on the plan. I get that it's unlimited green uncooked veg and I think I can have balsamic vinegar and lemon juice on my salads, 6 OZ of proteins/day that can be cooked in butter (mmmm scallops), my 2 ll and liquids. No idea though if I am supposed to have an egg like the very first time or not so I didn't.

And I have no clue what ff is...

It's kinda like TO but it is unlimited protien and unlimited green veggies. No bars. I am glad I have a buddy! Hows it going so far today. I have to say I am sick of it already! ugh! I hate being so limited!

Cecil,

I have to say that I am not sick of everything. I am not hungry at all (which is something I haven't said in over 9 years). I have had almost all the TO juice, 2 salads and 1 LL and it's 3:30.

The great thing about being limited like this is that when you are back on the plan you are like "Oh yummy I love yogurt" . ROFLMAO! Which is better than the before the plan "Yogurt? Never".

Its 6:30pm and I think I'm doing good! I had 2 eggs for breakfast, an orange as an AM snack, a turkey burger for lunch, another orange as a PM snack and a huge piece of chicken as soon as I got home from work. I'll probably have another orange or 2 tonight and some other type of protein...not sure yet. The hardest part for me is fighting off the craving for something to munch on..

I am here.. doing pretty good. I have split up my lites to have during the day and am on the juice.. I need to get more water in though. I had a bunch of mixed greens for breakfast, some tuna on green salad with a tbsp lite dressing for lunch and am having 4 oz of lean sirloin for supper with some veggies.. not sure what ones though. I found I gained a bit last time and my COD said it was because of all the fluids I was drinking... hummmm... hope for better luck this time! Good luck tonight all!

It is going good I like being able to eat instead of drink. But I thinkI reverted back to TO. I needed a bar sooo bad yesterday I had to break down and have one. So? I hope that's not a big deal. At least it wasn't something worse.
