Default 100 Calorie Snacks

Like the Cheese Nips thin crisps & Chips Ahoy thin crisps.

Does anyone use these as 1 Starch? I am trying to find a substitute for the LA Snacks. They are just too expensive!

I use them as 1 starch. I opt for the ones with less than 26 g carbs.

Another great option is the 90-calorie snacks by quaker. They are called "mini-delights." I find them in the rice cake section. I LOVE the cinnamin struesal ones. I use a little bit of reduced fat peanut butter sometimes to have a protein with the starch. Yummy! The sour cream and cheddar are good -- taste kind of like cheetos. We have started giving them to the kids instead of cheetos, and they love them. I bought chocolate something or other this weekend. I'll let you know how they taste.

Good idea.....I'll keep going. I had been counting them as 1 starch. Maybe I'm overdoing it...
