It is a self-fulfilling prophecy. I think I am skinny, therefore I am skinny! I like this idea. I don't own a scale and have recently been thinking of buying one.... but maybe I won't.

I LOVE it!!!! I am feeling quite thin today......and it feels good. DH asked me if I had had a substantial loss last night......and he sees me everyday. Whoohooo!!!!
