Pumkinisalnd. It looks to me like you are on Plan 4, the same as I am on. Check on the front of your diary.
Be patient! I didn't lose, but gained the first two weeks after I started. Then after my body got used to my new lifestyle, I started dropping big numbers, sometimes up to 5 lbs a week. It really is a "work in progress". You may have to look at some of the foods you are eating that may not be agreeing with you! For instance I was eating a lot of carrots, and bananas. My counselor told me to stop eating those altogether, or if I had to have them just eat them once a week. Also instead of me counting 2 slices of light wheat as 1 starch, I only get 1 slice of light wheat for 1 starch.
You really must trust your counselors at your center. Talk to them and make sure they are critiquing every single day, every single meal in your diary. They will guide you in the right direction.
