Default what do garlic dill pickles count as?

I rarely eat them but was thinking of making tuna salad for dinner.

I think they would be a vegetable, but one LOADED with salt, so just be aware that it might make your weight blip up the next day. I had a pickle fest and lived to regret it (only temporary weight gain though)

That probably doesn't count for much of anything then. I think I ate 3-4 big dill pickles one time (a pickle binge?) And the scale was up for a couple days after. Tuna is such a good lowfat protein choice, that I would say the pickle is probably no big deal.

exactly dene71... Pickles are one of those things that, while loaded with salt, the plan allows because so many people use them on sandwiches and such.. Kind of like Mayo.. Luckily, I really don't care for either, so I never needed to use them.. My condiment of choice is always sliced Jalepenos!!
