Hi. I'm new here, but I wanted to add my 2 cents worth. I have been doing the acceleration (sort of) that was shown in WW, and I have lost 13 pounds in the 4 weeks I've done it. However, that doesn't really reflect what's been happening for me. I travelled for two of those weeks and lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. When I got home, though, I got sick and so had a week + of not really doing much and gaining a few pounds back. However, last week I lost 10 lbs.

I'm not sure on inches bcz I can't find my notebook with my measurements, but I know I've dropped a lot of inches bcz I wore a skirt to church on Sunday that I haven't been able to fit into for about 4 years.
Since I'm feeling better, I'm adding in exercise this week and see how that goes.
