I was a lot like 6digmans beofre starting this. I drank Mtn. Dew like they were going to stop making it! But I very quickly realized that I don't have enough time in the day to get in ALL of my water PLUS that Mtn. Dew. So I decided that if I was going to drink something, it had to be water. And I was shocked to realize that I wasn't going through the typical withdrawals that I had in the past. Now, I'll drink some DMD on occasion or Diet Dr. Pepper. But recently I've started drinking Coke Zero. Not very often. But it helps even more now when I get migraines! And I haven't noticed any loss issues. And I've finally crossed that 40 lb mark! Almost half way there!!
