I was a lot like 6digmans beofre starting this. I drank Mtn. Dew like they were going to stop making it! But I very quickly realized that I don't have enough time in the day to get in ALL of my water PLUS that Mtn. Dew. So I decided that if I was going to drink something, it had to be water. And I was shocked to realize that I wasn't going through the typical withdrawals that I had in the past. Now, I'll drink some DMD on occasion or Diet Dr. Pepper. But recently I've started drinking Coke Zero. Not very often. But it helps even more now when I get migraines! And I haven't noticed any loss issues. And I've finally crossed that 40 lb mark! Almost half way there!!

The reason she is saying to eat fiber foods is not because of bowels or ibs, but because of how they break down in the body. you will actually lose more by choosing foods high in fiber. I drink a ton of diet cokes. They do have a little sodium though. Do you like tea?? It has caffine and antioxidants.

yeah I do drink tea mostly green tea, thanks for the update on the higher fiber foods I am going to have to try that and see, I go to my COD for weigh in today I have not been there since last friday so I am hoping to see a good loss
