I know what you mean. I love Activa too, but unfortunately Activa is not on program as a dairy. It counts as a starch.

I need to rephrase my earlier post about Activia. My COD told me that use of Activia is discouraged. It is not a program food. If it is used, it would be counted as a starch. This includes Activia light.

See what you can learn with the right connections?
Amy..........just be sure that your body will absorb the other calcium. I can't remember exactly how your body absorbs calcium, but I do remember that it needs to be under the right conditions, or it is useless. I recall my doc telling me to take my calcium with orange juice. I am in a rush, or I would look it up for you. I am sure you can find info on the web. Gotta run ladies
XOXO

You know I eat that stuff every day and wondered why my weight loss slowed downl. I asked my COD and they said as long as I remember that it is only 4 ounces and counts ad 1/2 dairy and I buy the light, I would be ok. Hmmmmm. Wonder if I should ask another counselor to double check at my COD/or start counting it as a starch.

Thanks for the tip. I will let you know what they say - I go on Saturday morning.

I found this great Magnesium sulfate @ Walmart. It's the same as they give you before surgery. It's in a glass bottle you can get it in Lemon and cherry flavor of course it does not taste great and you have to drink the entire bottle "fast" it will sure clean you out with no nasty effects like cramping. But I suggest you plan a day @ home
