I am grateful for my family and friends who encouraged me this weekend. I'm thankful that I was able to enjoy myself, my family's company, and stay "almost" on plan without feeling deprived. I'm grateful for the willpower to have stayed with my new lifestyle for 6 months!
I am so happy and grateful now that I have achieved my perfect weight. Thankfully, everything that I eat is perfectly assimilated into my body and keeps me at my ideal weight.
I am thankful to God. I am so grateful that Jesus laid his life down in order to save me. I am thankful that the Holy Spirit saw fit to direct me to become serious about my weight, about my health. I am thankful that every day I am being given another chance to be the best mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend that I can be.
I am so happy and grateful now for my perfect body. I am excited that my body perfectly assimilates every bite of food that I eat. I am grateful for my eyes, that they are perfectly shaped, and fuction to their highest capacity as well.
I am so happy and grateful now, for my amazing body. I am thrilled that I feel so great. My body is limber and flexible. I am agile and energetic. I feel fabulous every day. Each day I am getting closer to my ideal weight.
