Joni--I won't be able to post my weigh-ins for a while after today (maybe I'll send in on Friday of this week) we are leaving Friday and won't be back until Fri. the 27th and right now I can assure you I won't have a scale and the internet is iffy. Maybe that's a good thing (the scale--NOT the internet)

Had WI this morning.....189.8...I like Monday posts because I'm always down on Monday but up on Friday. It makes no since because I'm usually pretty POP on the weekdays and not so POP on the weekends. But I'll take the loss.
I can't tell you how excited I am about my WI this morning. I am down to 227, which is my lowest weight since joining LAWL, and the elusive number I've been trying to get back to since 2 months ago or so. I ate steak both Sat and Sun for dinner, so I was really worried, but apparently that worked out just fine. So I'm down 1 lb from my starting weight, but down a little more than that since Saturday. Yay!
Joni -- I always use suziewan as my ID, but maybe I should switch to Angie something here. My middlename is Susanne, and my mom used to call me Suzie, so the Suziewan (remember Suziewan Chicken Dinners?) came out of that.
