Sara Lee makes a light bread - the name is something like De-Liteful and you get 2 slices for 1 Starch.

La Tortilla Factory makes a great tortilla that is 1S.

I really like the wonder lite. It is only 40 cal per slice, and packed with fiber.

Nature's Own Double Fiber bread is really good too.. It's bigger than some light breads and has 40 calories.. According to the on-line LAWL dietician, it can be counted at 1S for 2 slices!

Yeah, I'm split on the two slices = 1 or 2/S thing.. Some days I treat two slices as 2 servings and some days I treat it as 1.. It kind of depends on what else is on the day's menu..
