Conversion?
Is there a good way to figure conversion of some foods?
For example, if I wanted ff refried beans, how would I know what they would be on LAWL without sending to the LAWL dietician?
I don't see those and other foods I am interested in, in my plan book.

For instance, my LAWL center said the 6 inch low carb tortillas (11 carbs or less) would count as 1 starch.
