and hey, Megan...you can totally hang on to that loss (whooohoooo)...........going out won't stop you......water, water, water.......and salad, salad, salad.........if you REALLY feel like you need to splurge......splurge on a bit of yummy salad dressing. It will sooo be worth it

Default 2nd time around

Hey ladies! Great to find this place. I wish I had found out about it the first time around. Anyhow, I am on my 2nd day of take off and struggling a little bit. I had previously lost about 27 pounds to put back 22 pounds over the course of 4 months. It sure does creep up on you, doesn't it. I know that by getting refocused I will feel better and not to mention look better in June when it is really swimsuit season. Hope to get to know some of you ladies.

welcome michele! I finished my TO on Wednesday and now have two and a halr POP days under my belt, it feels great. this morning I got on my own scale, (couldn't help peeking!) and I am down nearly 4 pounds in 4 and 1/2 days! whoo hoo!! I am dieting only for today. ONE DAY ONLY I am aiming for a perfect day today. I can not speak for any other days. but for today I am following everything to the letter, because I can handle it for just one day. then in the morning I will repeat...~!!

Welcome back Michele and Good Luck! I lost around 15 on WW last year and gained it all back, too, so I can feel your pain. Unfortunately it took a lot longer to lose it than to gain it. I am on week one of LAWL and I am so inspired by everyone's successes and support.
