Oh.. I forgot about the popcorn.. It's a big NO-NO.. Your best bet is to get an air popper and use a little "I can't believe it's not butter" spray and some lite salt or "NoSalt"... And you can only have something like a cup...
That said, I've had to virtually stop eating popcorn as it's a MAJOR trigger food for me.. I can't stop eating it.. When we go to the movies, I basically save up all my starches and give in to the temptation, but I stay away from it at home..
