Maybe I should edit my post to take out the fish comment. As long as you eat them with something on top there is absolutely positively no fish taste!

Amazon.com also has them.

I actually am having my bag tonight for dinner with tomato sauce and turkey meatballs. Make them right and you have no clue you're not eating floured pasta.

I really recommend trying them - the "fishy" smell disappears if you prepare them right, and they are a great way to satisfy that pasta craving. I regularly make the fettuccine alfredo recipe on the hungry girl website (noodles, one laughing cow cheese wedge, 1 tbsp light sour cream) and it's fabulous - tastes totally decadent, and all for under 100 calories. (I often add some cooked chicken breast to get a little protein in as well)

I was also skeptical about buying them, but I went to Trader's Joe's and bought 10 of them ($1.29 each). I went home and made the Chessy Noodle Bake that someone submitted in the recipes thread. It was actually quite tasty. My son who will eat nothing new even liked it.

This is a new food find for me and if you miss pasta, you should try them. You can find them in the refrigerated section of the market. I looked hard and wide and found them at Whole Foods.

I am going to bump up the rest of an old thread about them. They do need to be prepped and rinsed well.

I am sooooo excited about these noodles....How would I count the "alfredo" sauce...as 1/2 a dairy? I am seriously amazed that 1/2 a package is only one condiment.....the food gods are smiling down on me
