Weighed in yesterday, COD is under instruction that I'm not allowed to see the number on the scale for the next 10 days. At least I was back at the low end of the plateau yesterday!

Now if I stay perfectly POP for the next 10 days, maybe I'll break it finally!

OK, I suck. Since yesterday was my first day of eating regular plan after TO, I couldn't help myself and I had to get on that scale this morning. I had to see what the post TO gain was. It was .4. I will try to do better tomorrow.

Oh no, we don't need this challenge, we're perfectly normal when it comes to scales..... NOT!

Maybe electroshock therapy? Yeah - electrify my scale so that I get a mild correction if I touch it!!!! ZZZZT!

It was painful this morning, but I didn't do it.

LOL..........Kim.........you kill me...........LOL.......and yeah, we are a little nutso with the sclae. And, yeah, I did catch that in the losers t hread........the reference to the sclae Hey, my 2 yo. DS just locked himself into his bedroom by accident (he can shut the door, but not open it), do you think I can leave him in there for an hour or so, so I can get something done this a.m.? I'm KIDDING!!! But, man, that would be nice.

I was able to walk past my sclae this morning. It was not easy, and sad as this is to say........some (oh, ok, most, well, EVERY) day that is what inspires me to get out of bed...........I think to myself, 'hmm, I wonder if I lost any weight since yesterday.........well, better get my fat a** up and check it out.' I then proceed to stip down to my panties, and look to the sclae God's for validation of my sacrifices of dieting.

So, have you noticed that when you sit down and type this stuff out how crazy it sounds? I"m a little freaked out. But, you know, I have been needing to take this look in the mirror for, oh, about 25 years. I am so glad I have all of you, and that you are helping me do this challenge. I soo need this!!! Thanks girls
XOXO

Oops, I forgot about this, too. I'll start as of right now (this morning's sclae showed the same thing it's been showing for the last 10 days anyway, even though the COD sclae is moving.) And it's Day 1 of TO for me as I start the 16 day challenge, so hopefully I'll have a wonderful surprise at the end!!

Anyone crack yet?

I can say, that while idiot counselor at COD let my weight slip, I have not looked at the scale. And I mean idiot counselor in the sense that she told me to quit exercising so she could move me from Red to Gold and I'll drop the weight. In addition that I should not be lifting weights while trying to lose these stubborn pounds.

COD manager (who lost 100 pounds on program) said she would rather have me plateuaing weight and losing inches than dropping weight and losing muscle. She at least knows that asking an exercise junkie to quit is never going to happen!

So i havent weighed myself for a week, decided to try this challenge think...starting with one week...ive been fine not getting on the scale...but now tomorrow im supposed to weigh in and in petrified...ive been POP, ive worked out 6hrs this week...but im still scared....being able to weigh in gives some relief, comfort that ur doing ok...and if something goes wrong with the scale, u just eat less the next day, get ur lemon water in, whatever it takes...didnt get that this week...at the same time though, i feel the benefit from not weighing...if i see a loss, i think, oh i can have a bite of this, or a bite of that. it wont kill me, heck i lost X amount of pounds...anyway...keep ur fingers crossed for me!
