Default Fit day?

Ok, so Im trying to use fitday to keep up with my cals, and Im copying the nutrition facts directly into it, and it wont accept it because it says it doesn't calculate to the amount of cals I entered. And they have NO help. Help!

You have to remember that products you buy are allowed to round down the numbers in terms of how much fat/carbs/protein/etc. are in a serving. When what you described happens on fitday, I usually just add a few tenths of a point in one or more categories (for example 3 grams to 3.3 grams) until the math works out. Fitday just wants the calories to match the calculations that it does with the fat (9 calories per gram), carbs and protein (4 calories/gram).

Maybe you're using things like "2/3" for 2/3 cup instead of "0.66", that makes problems if I remember correctly.
