Question Important Question!!

Hey Alll

I have been On my diet for about 5 days now and my question was is diet coke bad for you? I mean i know its bad for you but will it make it harder not to lose weight while drinking it? i have to drink one everyday!! And i drink one when i have really strong cravings? So what Do you Guys think? Should i cut it out in order to lose more weight ? And how Harmful is it?

Any Help would be Appreciated
Thanks

Before changing my life, I was a diet coke junkie. When I started my life change, I allowed myself one per day...every day. I lost weight just fine on it. I drank it everyday for the first 8 months or so. I still drink it when I go out...I love fountain Diet Coke!! But, 8 months ago, I discovered Arizona Diet Green Tea so I have replaced my daily Diet Coke with that. However, I think one a day is absolutely fine. It never hindered my weight loss and it was my daily treat to myself. So, I would say go ahead and enjoy if it keeps you sane and happy!

Good luck on your weight loss!!!!!
