Tip #9 - Split Your Workouts

Instead of walking or jogging for 40 minutes, try breaking your workout into two 20 minute sessions. You'l lburn just as many calories while you are exercising, but this way you'll get two bouts of the after-burn effect. Each time you exercise, you get a post exercise calorie burning boost during the hour following the workout. Which means you'll burn more calories during the day than if you did all your exercise in one longer session.

Does that really work just as well? Gosh, it would make things a BUNCH easier if that is true!!!

That is something to work on, right now I am doing good to get my 15 or 30 mins. in one time a day but that really makes a lot of sense.

Ladies, becareful when it comes to copy and pasting info/tips/ other stuff you got from other websites. Watch the copy right laws and regulations! Great info though!
