Hi! I recently purchased the Jorge Cruises' book The 3 Hour Diet and will begin this week. I am having difficulty with my meal plan. I am 5'1 and weigh 215 lbs. I have tried several diets but have not been successful. I really want to lose weight and am looking for a support group.

We have weigh ins (WI) on Sunday or Monday....whichever is best for you.
Start drinking your water and getting use to the every 3 hr. schedule....best way to start.
