I hope this is the first day of a great long holiday week-end for everyone.

Looks like it is quite warm everywhere and someplaces too much rain. We are to get rain from a tropical wave and we still need the rain but it will spoil a lot of July 4th plans. But probably keep a lot of people from getting burnt up at the beach or on their boats.

I was bad on the eating plan last night.....at some buttered popcorn about 9p.m. so there goes a couple points!

Hi...It is Saturday night. We went to the beach today and it was awesome!!!! I did ok on plan until tonight...sigh....ate a bunch of chocolate chip cookies. I just couldn't resist. Well....tomorrow is a new day and I hope to control myself!
