Cathy & Tammy - I'm looking forward to reading the challenge rules! I am SOOO ready for this!!
So, I did very well yesterday. I ended up with 1,300 cal, which was about 100 more than I wanted. But I figured it was a pretty good start. According to the Jillian Michaels book, I should be eating 30% protien, 30% fat and 40% carbs for each meal/day. I am still adjusting to this, but it sounds reasonable. I did 30 min on the treadmill, burned 220 cal, walked 1.3 miles. Not too bad for a beginner.

I have every intention of getting on there again tonight.
It is so exciting to come here and see some much activity! It will really help to keep me focused this summer!! Now don't go abandoning me ladies!!!
