Talking Tues. May 30

Ok, the long week-end of BBQ's is over and it is time to get back on plan.

This site has gotten very quiet, we need something to shake it up.....any ideas....anyone???

Is everyone doing the 10lb challenge with Lynn? That is for the month of June. There was another Challenge going when I left for vacation, is that still on?

We have lost a lot of members lately....maybe we can lure some of them back. If you know someone, send them an e-mail or IM.

Drink that water everyone!!!

I'm around Phyllis - just been super busy with work and the kids. I am hoping things settle down soon. I have NO time to do the right things for myself!

I was SO disappointed on Friday. I went to use my treadmill - finally! I got on and couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Tried everything, but couldn't turn it on. So when hubby got home, I asked him, because I know he had tried it already. So he said "it's simple, just do this....." Well, low and behold, it didn't work! I am truly heartbroken, because I really thought with the summer coming, less kids activities etc, I could finally get some exercise in. This is such a BUMMER!!!!

I was a STS yet again this week. I guess that is better than gaining, but SO not what I truly want - a loss!!!

I'm here! After this nasty weekend, I was glad to go back to work today.

I'm down 4 lbs total from my weight right before I went into surgery. They made me get on a scale! I'd never had that happen before and I had 3 surgeries last year.

Hi Phyllis, Sharon, and Susan,

Are you all in on the 10 lb challenge? Want me to keep track of the losses?
